Barbara Attard Asked to Testify Before San Francisco Police Commission on Police Use of Tasers

The San Francisco Police Department has asked the Police Commission to approve the use of Tasers several times.  Due to issues regarding the safety of this weapon a public hearing was held to hear from members of the public and experts in subjects related to this field.  Barbara Attard was asked to comment to the Police Commission at this meeting on February 23, 2011.  Police Commission Hearing
